We have various fitness classes available on our schedule. Most are available through membership, and continuously run. Some will be offered in short sessions. Below is our regular classes that continuously run.

P90X LIVE

P90X Live is a total-body cardio and strength training class that uses body weight as well as dumbells, barbells, weight plates and resistance tubing.


Each 60 minute workout can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities, while still creating a great workout. 

Insanity LIVE

Cardio conditioning that will completely transform your body.

PiYo LIVE

 

Stretch & strengthen every muscle with moves inspired by the best of Pilates and yoga. It’s low-impact but high-intensity.

KIDS CLASSES

Join us for a 45 minute fitness class of fun & exercise, while improving skills in agility, coordination, strength & stability. 


Runs in 6 week sessions|
Tuesdays 6:45pm

What to Bring to Our Fitness Classes

 Some of our classes do use weights but is an option for you. We will have some dumbbells on hand with various weights but if you would be more comfortable you can bring your own.

Ensure to bring comfortable clothes, indoor shoes and water. If you are joining us in a PiYo class please bring a yoga mat.
